Return & Refound Policy

At Sweet Paws Mobile Spa, we are committed to providing high-quality mobile grooming services. Because we provide personalized, on-site services, our return and refund policy is outlined below.

1. SERVICE-BASED BUSINESS POLICY

Sweet Paws Mobile Spa provides mobile grooming services, which are considered completed once performed. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer traditional “returns.”

2. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with your pet’s grooming service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the completed appointment.

  • We may offer a complimentary touch-up if deemed appropriate.

  • Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for adjustments.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Grooming results requested by the pet owner (e.g., specific haircut style).

  • Minor cosmetic variations.

  • Behavioral issues affecting grooming outcome.

  • Pre-existing skin conditions revealed during grooming.

  • Matting removal when shaving was required for the pet’s safety.

  • Senior or medically fragile pets groomed at owner’s request.

4. DEPOSITS

If a deposit is required:

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Deposits may be applied to a future appointment if cancellation is made within the required notice period.

5. NO-SHOW POLICY

Failure to be present at the scheduled appointment time may result in:

  • Full-service charge.

  • Loss of deposit.

  • Requirement of prepayment for future appointments.

6. PRODUCT RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

If we sell retail grooming products:

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

7. PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and professionally.
